This patient presented with Condyloma Acuminata (Peri-anal warts) presenting to us with bleeding and peri-anal mass. The condyloma acuminata developed due to unprotected anal sex almost 10 years back. The patient neglected the development of small warts because of social stigma associated with homosexuality. When it started bleeding he presented with perianal mass. He was treated with surgical excision of the mass and the cautery fulgration. The recovery was uneventful.
